Mamamoo go to Thailand, Manila, etc very often for live tours, so it's natural to have a 120k audience since Mamamoo have built a fanbase over these years and will also listen their solo projects. duh. the album had no promotion? wth you talk about? how do i know the album is coming when i don't follow Korean social media, and how it sold 82k+ copies in 2-3 weeks? from promotion. she didn't appear on variety shows? what about 1Thek, KBS, Inkigayo, etc? what about the radio shows? what about the fan meetings? these don't count? so, she had an audience of 120k and sold 82k copies in 2-3 weeks and yet you say "there was no promotion, no english subtitles, blah blah blah". as it seems, these things don't matter that much.

@gayA3_ocean she is popular in Mamamoo fandom. Mamamoo go to Thailand, Manila, etc very often for live tours, so it's natural to have a 120k audience since Mamamoo have built a fanbase over these years and will also listen their solo projects. duh.
the album had no promotion? wth you talk about? how do i know the album is coming when i don't follow Korean social media, and how it sold 82k+ copies in 2-3 weeks? from promotion.
she didn't appear on variety shows? what about 1Thek, KBS, Inkigayo, etc? what about the radio shows? what about the fan meetings? these don't count?
so, she had an audience of 120k and sold 82k copies in 2-3 weeks and yet you say "there was no promotion, no english subtitles, blah blah blah". as it seems, these things don't matter that much.
@@SapiaNt0mata She is popular in the Mamamoo fandom but what I think they're trying to say is, that theres not a lot of promotion towards outside of the fandom or even to casual listeners. She had a couple of music show appearances and like 2 variety content appearances, you could probably count them all with 2 hands. Half of the variety video titles are in Korean, her music videos have no subtitles, radio shows are obviously korean and fan meetings are mostly for her current fan base. She clearly has some promotion but its definitely not enough and very centralized. I feel like if you don't search or follow her, you probably won't know about the new album.
@@shir.t a couple of music shows? she went to several that are the most popular ones = Inkigayo, KBS, etc etc. 1TheK youtube channel even uploaded teasers, the performance video, etc. the Korean music shows have uploaded not only their own footage for her live performances, but also fancams on their youtube channels. what happens is people have unrealistic expectations of what the promotion should be, and if it's not how they have imagined it in their head, then the promotion is lacking. this transcends absurdity.
the reason for the low views is that the song doesn't appeal to the masses. it's so simple. if you look what is popular, you'll understand what the masses want. but many people can't understand such basic common sense. people have different tastes, and just cause for example you think that Wheein is amazing, the best, etc, not everyone will have the same opinion. if everyone had the same opinion, then every Kpop artist(i say Kpop cause we're in Kpop now) would be equally popular. are everyone equally popular? no. why? cause people have different preferences.

1) she's in a small label, 2) she's not Lisa, Rose, etc popular artists, so it is what it is. stop bothering with things that won't change, happen, etc.
wheein's music, vocals, dancing, overall performance and visuals transcend space. to see all of these heartwarming comments in different languages just means there's alot of people loving her despite being from a thousand of miles away. wheein's ability to gravitate people through her music is just amazing to me. i hope she sees and feels that her hardwork is very much appreciated and acknowledged. fighting wheein! congratulations on your 1st full album!!!🎉🥳
