pro tip: instead of buying colorless beads, make them yourself using modeling clay and then bake them in the oven to harden them. that way you only have to paint the ornaments
I’m planning on making my necklace that way as well. I’m also considering embedding the outlines of the images into the beads before baking them so that they are easier to paint?
I based my "Annabeth's" necklace based on what we see Luke wear in the show (the beads only have 1 solid colour for now) Also me and my friend have chb bead necklaces! When we went camping for school I gave her a bead necklace (1 bead since she read the books this) I made. Those things mean so much to me
I made my CHB necklace a DAY BEFORE THIS VIDEO CAME OUT!!!! Ahhhh, but how I colored my beads was, I used a sponge brush. ( I think that's what it's called anyway if it's not it's those little sticks with sponges on them. ) and I used a skewer to hold the beads while I dabbed them with paint I found it MUCH easier this way! ( Lots of trail and era. ) 😀😀

Idk if I’ll do the adjustable cord if I can’t find one a bit longer, but I love the idea!
