You can get infernal hoard compasses in whisper caches

I already opened several whisper caches with no luck on getting even a single Infernal Horde compass.

I questioned the title and then saw you were paragon 215 already.

Good observation! I figured you or someone else might point this out, so I intentionally avoided using many of my Paragon points for this run. In an ideal world, I could start my Thorns Barbarian from Paragon 1 and go to Torment 4, but since no such option exists on live servers for a second character, this was the best way I had to emulate a fresh Thorns Barbarian.
