You need a 4K 60FPS capture card, preferably the Elgato one, a monitor that supports 4K resolution and most importantly a PC that can edit videos in 4K and that will cost you the most.

It's definitely not broken. It has a long charge up, it's easy to block, and it's very manual. If you hold shot all the way, it will miss badly. It's a skill issue
The Ronaldo’s goal just isn’t real. I mean a ball cannot fly like that no matter how good you are at knuckleballing. And Neymar will never score a goal like that.

You can score from any distance, its so fucking broken that shot, i think thats going to make the game experience very very very frustating
