Sharing the Gospel Day 12
Romans 10: 9
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Jesus has done everything for us. Not one thing was left undone by Him, there is nothing left to do except to celebrate this new life offered through the Son of God. There is nothing else that we can offer to justify us before God, His sacrifice was more than enough. Believing in the proof of the resurrection is how we are justified. It is as simple as that! What an amazing truth this is. Salvation is found in Jesus alone and all we need to do is confess His Lordship and trust what He has done is more than enough to save us. Today, I am so thankful to share this amazing gospel with you. As Paul said in the beginning of this book, "I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes" ( Romans 1:16 ). This good news is almost too good to be true, it is incredible that through faith in Jesus we can stand before God completely justified, righteous, holy and forgiven. If you have never trusted in Jesus as your savior, it is my prayer today that you will find Salvation in him alone as outlined in this verse, Amen..
