I get around 200-320s with mostly hovering around 300. Valorant has become very unoptimized mess as of lately with all the new content coz I remember in my last build (8700k and gtx 1050 2gb) I used to consistently get 350-400 but that was also in Ep1 act3. So you are really good with 12400f and can squeeze a bit more performance by optimizing pc a bit. Chris Titus tech tool will be your best bet. Good luck ❤️
