What’s up brother! How much capsules do you usually take with a meal that will cause bloating/gas? I’m about 6’1 280 and a lot of doses of any medicine are usually for average sized men. It says 1 with every meal, but do you think two capsules makes more sense ?

Depends on the size of the meal. I take two after larger meals. Go with two capsules
