    Those burgers look rlly good and I've been using the same brand of barbecue sauce and didn't know they had that flavor, looks interesting and I hope to try it in the future. 😋

    Those look delicious but, could just be the camera, the patties look a little dry.

      Boom, you are exactly correct.
      Smash burgers are intended to be ultra thin and therefore crispy but if you don’t press them enough it’s basically just an overcooked (thinner) burger. In that case I’d rather mine medium-well and not smashed.
      Don’t get me wrong, looks incredible and I’d eat about 4 of them but yeah.

      Yeah. He used 85/15. That will produce a slightly drier burger than 80/20. Still not bad.
