Those burgers look rlly good and I've been using the same brand of barbecue sauce and didn't know they had that flavor, looks interesting and I hope to try it in the future. 😋
Boom, you are exactly correct. Smash burgers are intended to be ultra thin and therefore crispy but if you don’t press them enough it’s basically just an overcooked (thinner) burger. In that case I’d rather mine medium-well and not smashed. Don’t get me wrong, looks incredible and I’d eat about 4 of them but yeah.
I don't trust skinny chef's, but I trust the hell outta you lol. Keep making this content it's awesome.

Yeah. He used 85/15. That will produce a slightly drier burger than 80/20. Still not bad.
