& the scary thing is he has a younger brother who I saw pull him in a video Riekerd put up on his channel who is also super strong, (I think the younger brother pinned him) so watch out for Reikerds younger brother coming up. It's in the genes of both of these guys to have great power. Those two lads are super strong, and the world is their oyster once they have been in the sport for a few more years. They are only going to get stronger and better as they both mature in arm-wrestling & head towards their prime years which is obviously still many years off in the future and that's quite scary stuff, as you can see their super strong right now being young. It's just raw strength! Scary stuff also for everyone else in the sport but awesome at the same time. I will follow both Bornman brothers progress with great interest over the coming years. I reckon if Schoolbus smashes Ryan (I'm slightly favouring Ryan, but *if* that happened) then Riekerd vs Schoolboy would be a great match. Otherwise, Riekerd might also be a good match for Leonidas. He was beating Lachlan early but he's not quite got the table IQ of Lachlan yet, hence the later losses (since I don't think stamina was an unequal factor) so in a supermatch with setup manipulation Lachlan probably still has that edge.
Ryan could you analyse the strengths and weaknesses of Riekerd and Lachlan which allows for their back and forth in terms of when they go into their press/hook positions? I.e why is Lachlan able to pull through Riekerd in a deep supinated hook?
Ryan - realistically speaking I dont believe you stand a chance against school boy- The guy is a machine and takes on whole gyms at a time.. I am debating buying the pay per view but feel like it is a waste because I am almost certain of the outcome. Ryan, you need to learn to stop holding your breath. Locking up and shutting down oxygen flow is counterproductive and only hastens gassing out especially in long matches. Denis Cyplenkov would be a great example of someone who can exert max force without turning shades of red and purple. I know it's common, will take some practice.
