What is the length of the wires you cut to hang the smaller frame to the larger one, thank you
Sherry Warren it depends on the sizes of your frames and how long you want your inner frame to hang. So you should start off with a longer piece of wire and then see how low it hangs.

How did you put it on the wall
MsCece H look at 4:56. I made loops with the wire and I hung them on the hooks I put on the ceiling.
