One in a million bird house and like I always say Sandy, "I LOVE IT". I do believe you need a nick name, The Primitive Crafting Queen. Thank you for always inspiring me. ❤😊
I had to chuckle when you said the chickens like your pink toes. I learned how to make clay pots look like they had been sitting outside for awhile from Anne Clay’s UA-cam channel. The name of the video is SPRING Kitchen Decor 2021/SPRING DIY/Cottagecore. I hope you can find it. I always love how your projects turn out. ❤
I'm not a pink person either. That's so cute your chickens pecking on your pink toes. 😂😂Your birdhouse and bird turned out beautiful!! Take care and God Bless y'all always
My favorite projects for Spring are all things Birds... so I really enjoyed this video. How did you know Green was my color? Everything about the video tonight made my heart happy. Thanks so much for sharing such a good idea
Sandy, that bird house is adorable. You clever girl! I just love it! It looks primitive for sure n your birdie is so cute. I think you did a fine job in making the bird house n cutting out the bird with a jig saw had to be somewhat nerve wracking, as tiny as it was. You’re quite a little craftsman there. Oh, I think you did a good job on the terra-cotta pot. Have a question… on making the sides of the bird house did you cut one at 45 angle n the other side a longer cut? I didn’t see the sides real well but on the top where roof is it looks longer. It could be the angle of video. ♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟
I used my scroll saw to cut out my bird. I had a hard time with the angle on the roof. I used my miter saw. I just kept moving the angle until I got what I wanted. I don't remember the angle I finally used.

Hi Sandy, I forgot to mention, the nails are called horseshoe nails, I use them for my stained glass ❤
Love the birdhouse! I paint my pots first coat of the color I want to show through and second coat with milk paint and lightly sand then wax
I put the white on first and wanted just a hint of green. Next time I'll try that!
I love how everything came out, great job!!!
Thank you Debra!

Do you like to have one brush dedicated just for wax ??
If so, do you keep it behind plastic ??
Yes I have one for brown, black and clear wax. I keep it in a baggie and wash them ever so often.
