- Prior to signing the Laken Riley Act into law, President Donald Trump detailed recent targeted federal government spending cuts that his administration has made - including an alleged $50 million for condoms for Hamas in Gaza that he claimed could be used to make bombs, and $45 million for diversity scholarships in Burma.
