Have you tried using sinigang mix in Dinuguan? wow! it's really fantastic, for those who says binababoy, please sometimes try to think outside the box, sobrang sarap ng dinuguan na merong sinigang mix. I strongly suggest you try it. ... have tried the conventional way of cooking it with vinegar, masarap din, but cooking it with sinigang mix is even better.
I remember when my father use to cook it before, he use to submerge a lemon grass & ginger over the pork blood pra mwala ang lansa ng pork blood kaya lang taste na lansa nor amoy. thanks for sharing.;-)
Nice, the closest to our dinuguan, kung hindi mo matantiya ang suka na ilalagay ,so he use sinigang mix. My mother use lemon grass para maalis ang lansa ng fresh blood..
masarap .... goodjob pwd ren maglagay ng laurel dry leaves pang tanggal ng lansa ak madaming luya ,, pwd nio yan i substitute kung wl kayo makita at mabili na cooking wine ,, pwd na i substitute dahon ng laurel sk luya , pang tanggal ng lansa ng ingredients
