What you guys just discussed reminds me of God's word in *James **1:13**-15* Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. *But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire*. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death. Indeed we are lured by our bodily desires. But as children of God, there is the need for us to move in the spirit so that our bodily desires are shut down gradually. Again, a sermon I listened to from Jacky Hill Perry comes to mind, that we should always put the scripture above our feelings. We were born to feel, it's great, but the "how" and certain things we feel in certain ways may lead to destruction.
