I always ink my edges. I just think it looks better to get rid of the white core! Thanks for choosing this paper collection... I've been hoping for a long time to see what you create.
You are very welcome. It's pretty simple the 10 sheet packs just don't stretch. I don't think I'll do another large format with Stamperia for that reason.
@@ScrapNCreateVideos but it's so beautiful! I think it's worth buying another pack or the 22-page pad to make something so pretty. I love what you do with Stamperia paper!
Yes its part of the base album build. Here is the playlist for the project, ua-cam.com/play/PLlvJcQuwybTIYBakRNKIw9qredje7YO9M.html the second video covers the hinge build. The description will have the cut lit. Daphne
Hi Daphne! Please tell me what paper cutter you use. The one you like the best. I want to replace mine w/ something w/ excellent precision and sharp. Thank-you! Blessings!
I use a cutterpillar trimmer and I've been very happy with it. RotoTrim is an excellent choice and when I need to replace my trimmer I will likely get a RotoTrim.
Sorry but what tutorial is the base build in. I see the cover and then the pages but not the album. This is my first time following your videos sorry if I'm missing it
I’m probably in the minority but I’d like to see a separate video for embellishments. I like to let an album “sit” while I’m building it because I’m not sure how it’ll go together till it’s finished. Plus I’m kind of choosy with my die cuts and I don’t want to use something earlier in construction that I might want to use on a later page. Just my two cents.
That's my preference as well - but most people want to see it as I build the page....so my solution is to clip videos together after the fact. So I build the page, then come back and put designer paper on it, and finally add the embellishments after all the pages are finished. Once the book is finished I spend time decide how to distribute the embellishments.

Continue inking. Don’t lower the quality of what you want to provide in your craftsmanship to meet the lower standards of what someone else might want to provide. Everyone still has the option of inking or not. And I’d like to see the embellishments per page, if I understood the question correctly.
I ALWAYS ink the edges like you, except when using white decorative paper on white cardstock!!
Same same
I loved the side with the birdhouse! Z
Thank you
I also ink my edges. The only time I might not is if the book is white...but don't do many white albums.
I feel the same way - white is hard to keep clean an the idea is to have people look at it.. Daphne
Ink edges by all mean. So many papers have a white core and things look undone if not inked. I usually use Tim Holts Vintage Photo or a dark gray.
Thank you for the feedback. Daphne

I'm not seeing the building page video. I see cover and each page but nothing with the building part. Beautiful album!
Here you go - the base album build is the second video (its done in black).

I ink my edges as well.

I like it when you embellish as you go. This paper is beautiful

I'm satisfied with either. I just really want to learn the craft.

I ink my edges!
thank you!
I do ink my edges.
Thank you
I definitely prefer inked edges. IF my edges aren't inked, its because I forgot on the first page and continue that way for continuity.
That makes sense - Daphne

Thank you - I will start providing that detail in the video's. daphne
I ink my edges. What color did you use for this mini? Thank you!
I used Powder Puffs mahagany
I ink edges on dark paper but on white I don't bother
Thank you
Embellish as you go. It becomes disjointed when you do it in 2 passes.
Thank you for the feedback - will do moving forward.
I am a inker
I think its a small detail but adds a lot to the project. Daphne
Do not ink
Thank you for letting me know! I try to do as much off camera as possible as it is pretty boring to watch. Welcome to the channel! Daphne
Not asways
hummmm? Not sure what you mean. Daphne
