Lovely vlog with great info. Quite fancy doing this with my wife in the next week or so as we're not a million miles away and I plan to do the Cleveland Way early next year. Thanks and subbed. 👌⛺
Thanks for the comment. I would highly recommend the Cleveland Way as its a trail of two halves. Beautiful moorland for the first section and then amazing coastline for the second section. Good luck with your walk and thanks for the sub 👍
Cheers Ben, was on the lookout for future wild camping locations whilst I was out. Plenty to choose from. I got the Dji mini 2 fly more combo. I'm well impressed with it tbh. 👌
Yeah absolutely safe enough to do alone. The full trail is 108 miles long from Helmsley to Filey on the coast. I would guess it would take roughly 8-10 days to hike. If you wanted to challenge yourself you could do it in less days or stretch it out for a more relaxed hike and also take in some of the history along the way. 🙂
Did it myself a week ago. Take it easy and watch yourself close to the edge and you'll be fine; count on about 5-7 hours to finish. And beware that big climb out of Skinningrove, it's a brute.
Stunning gorgious cinematic scenery Lee. Great to see you getting out there and inspiring others to do likewise. All the best
Thanks for the comment Andrew. Glad you enjoyed it as much as I did 👍
This is on my to do list this year !!!! I live here so no excuse I need to do it.
Yeah it's on my doorstep! The Cleveland Way is a brilliant hike. Are you looking to do it all in one go and wild camp? Lee
Great video, I've done a lot of The Cleveland Way in parts, but never as long as that route
Cheers mate. Yeah it was a bit of a stretch for myself to be fair. Thanks for watching 👍

You'll love it! Are you doing the whole Cleveland way walk? Good luck.
That was the Kettleness tunnel, passenger trains ran along to Whitby from Middlesbrough before Dr Beeching closed the line in 1950s......
Nice one Lee, looked like a cracking day along the Costa del Cleveland. What drone did you get? Footage was spot on mate 👍

Potash mine brought much needed employment to the area as fishing declined.......
Would you say it’s safe enough to do alone? And how long does it roughly take for the average walker
