RAW needs to upgrade its capabilities, gone are these days when threat is not only Pakistan, now the threats are entire West, and China.

I'm confused when people say India is a rising power. India faces significant challenges, including a high number of poor and hungry people and rapid, uncontrolled population growth. Despite claims of progress, it ranks low in terms of research and development investment, lagging behind many countries. The infrastructure to address these basic issues remains inadequate, and without addressing poverty, hunger, and innovation, it's difficult to consider India a true global power in the same way as other advanced nations.

Some bhakts are living in denial about R&AW's trade craft.
I would like to give bhakts a list of botched R&AW operations. All of these can be verified by simple Google search cause news articles have been written about them.
1. 2 agents were expelled from Germany (2014 or 2015)
2. In Rome Khalistani have lodged a police complaint that people from R&AW have made threatening calls to them. (2024)
3. In Belgium too police complaint has been filed by Khalistani against R&AW (2024).
4. Kulbhushan has been arrested by the Pakistanis to this date spy exchange hasn't happend between India and Pakistan.
5. UK expelled a junior officer of R&AW. Don't know the exact year but this was published by The Print.
6. US has expelled R&AW officers from two of our consulates after the Pannu case. US has also denied visa to people it deems to be a spy so now India can't fill those R&AW positions that were empty because US expelled our agents.(2024)
7. Canada has openly accused India of eliminating people on it's soil. Which in turn has now put all the public attention at R&AW which has a mandate to remain covert. (2024)
8. Australia has also expelled 2 Indian spies ASIO Director announced this year. (2024).
9. 8 Former Naval Officer got caught spying in Qatar for Israel. (2024)
10. Canada alleged that Intelligence Bureau and R&AW were running influence operations in Canada. Way before Nijjar. (2018 or 2020)

There's no evidence for Nijjar who was a terrorist. That case is different IMO and India may have done an awesome job in eliminating that threat. You think Raw will go after the clown Pannu?
