Greetings from Canada. I purchased a 2022 Rancher FM1 this June. I would like to thank everyone of you for making an exceptional product.
Sorry to tell you this Huck, but this isn't the Honda UA-cam channel.
Sorry to tell you but Honda doesn’t care for both of you
@@quaddingsous thanking workers on assembly line. 😉
Amen!
I have 2001 rancher she is still going I just hope the transmission was replaced before I bought it🤣🤣😂😂
Best made atvs hands down will still run and work when they are 30 plus years old !!
Amazing isn’t it?
Shit yeah
Shit yeah
I have both Honda and Yamaha ATVs, both are excellent machines.
Exactly
We use Honda ATV's on our operation and they are FIRST CLASS machines!
Run great but not much power and suspension is poor can am is best!
@@joelocker3508 except the most important part of a work quad reliability. Honda will last forever on a farm
@@jacobhanson9009 yeah but I like to play along with work and I like cvt transmissions to
@Joel Ocker I mean I get that, I like the shifting. But those do freaking rip. I just think they fall in a different category
@@jacobhanson9009 yeah that's true
So glad to see so many of my brothers and sisters working hard
I guess all the white folks are in the offices doing all the intellectual stuff.
I'm amazed how fast they can make the ATV/ UTV line up.
I have owned probably 25 Honda products in my life never had a problem, it’s all I will ever own!
Anything Japanese for me is good in my eyes. Toyota or Honda for vehicles, and any jap brand dirt bike or chainsaw (Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha) or power tool (Makita)
Honda makes hands down the best quads, but still should be making sport quads. Its nice to see these being made here in the US unlike the dirt bikes that are made in china. I wonder if they break-in the motor with heat cycles before doing those tests
The old hondas from the 80s were the best by far.
Built like tanks!
Why I bought a foot shift solid rear axle. My friend had a Big Red. Love my Rancher.
Yes the newer ones don't hold a candle to the 80s/90s versions. Cost cutting!!
Agreed! I miss my 250r
@@Davido50 Correction: Nothing holds a candle to anything 80s/90s ha!
Greatings from miami florida!!
HONDA #1 my 20+ year old Honda Foreman cranks up every time never had any problems.
I have a 2003 450ES Foreman myself , made in Japan. I just purchased a 2022 Honda snow blower made in USA and not happy with it at all. I am looking to upgrade my Foreman but not looking at Honda anymore
I love my 22 Honda Foreman 520 Camo I use it almost every day. Got 1,077 miles now. Hope they will up date the display and add new features for the new atvs. Can't beat honda for durability and longevity. Plus out of all the atvs, honda has the best look.
Two words that don't go together...Honda & Powerful. Gimme my Yamaha Grizzly 700 anyday.
You got that right
I had a foreman 500. IT went....OK for a 500. Got a grizzly 450 now. Noticeably faster and more powerful. That foreman gave me a lot of problems too.
@@ROFLCOPTERS92 Don't get me wrong, I like Honda, back in the day nothing could touch my 86 Honda ATC 250R 3-Wheeler. However their currant line-up of ATV's , while Good and Reliable, are severely lacking in Power.
Don’t worry my Polaris will pull y’all all out !!
You right they're built for work and not to break down. Tough as nails with a gear on gear transmission
Would be fun to be the person at the end of the line that gets to ride it for the first time.
that is one fun position for sure
Really cool video. I hope honda has an all new Rincon coming soon for us
more drivivng less repairs always #1
Love my Honda rancher, thanks fine peoples of South Carolina!
This is so cool to see! Do one for Yamaha ATV’s!
Looks like they are made in Africa
Nice to See How they Are Made!
Love Hondas they may not be as powerful but in reality you can only go so fast on the trails. Def won't leave you stranded that's for sure.
I've always been a Honda fan, very well built reliable products. Not the top performers these days but still bring high resale value because everybody knows they get it done. Keep up the good work!
Love my Honda ATV'S
I got 2007 rincon and and 09 love them both dearly never let me down
Thank you employyees, i love my ride. Great work.
I've been a motorcycle technician for over 25 years ride and drag race harleys, Honda is by far the best product in the world

@@muckfoot-4093 dude you're probably not old enough to ride/buy a four-wheeler so why do you even try to argue with people?
@@gaudy4073 thanks for supporting Japan.
@@muckfoot-4093 so what? we supported Russia for years! and nobody cared. the world has got to go round somehow.
@@gaudy4073 you support Russia too?
Thank you good people of SC!! Great product !
Those workers seem to be great at their jobs!
Honda the most reliable toys ever and please don't argue, I have the proof in my yard
Just bought a 2023 Rancher a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Top speed is a little low but it’s a utility ATV and how fast can you go on the trail anyway? Hope to get many miles and fun years of riding out of it. It was neat to see how they are made
Just sold mine, it was the best machine I’ve ever had
I will be selling mine now after seeing the people who are making them. it's modern day slavery?
Picking up my new Foreman 518cc today !
Honda is the BEST! I want to work there!
I wish to have such a unique job
Quality is unmatched
Agee on the Japanese made ones , the US models not so much
My dad worked here years ago!
Honda most reliable engine in world 🌎 👌
Well let's not go overboard. Many Co's build great engines my friend !
@@Davido50 not as reliable
Best on Earth
We have a honda at work that's probably over 20 years old, has a carb and starts first crank every time without choke.
I use them too
Hats off to anyone that can work on an assembly line, I’d want to hang myself before the second shift.
I can smell the coconut butter moisturizer thru my phone 🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If South Carolina, which is the state I live, sorry but wish i didn't live there, but that's a whole nother thing, is building all these Honda SXS, where are they going? cause I can't find them at the dealerships!
Oh So that’s how Submarines are made
All these people look very capable and professional. I would love to work at a factory like this
My Honda mower hands down the best push mower I have ever owned.
had my walk behind push honda mower since 1997. Only issue I had was the ethanol gas ate the carb and the carb had to be replaced around 2014.
My next ATV will be a Honda! I want my American body on an American Made utility vehicle. Not Chinese. Of course I will be wearing my USA Made New Balance shoes as well. ;)
Nice I have the exact model glad to see it built by American hands
ran by Japan.
you think Japan should run stuff in USA?
the highest level of foolery .
they will pull these job's and give %98 of the parts to a company that has %95 temp service worker's , the worst job's out there.
The painting area holy wow! Get them some better masks and ventilation
Is the rincon made in US or Japan?
Bring back sport atvs please !
I needed an atv for my business this year. Of course, the only brand I considered was Honda. I bought new because people were asking almost half the cost of a new one for their 20 year old Honda atvs. Hondas last.
Miss my Honda, some one stole my beautiful foreman 😢
Someone stole my RM250 a couple months ago. I feel your pain
It's only a Honda no big loss

I can watch this video and see the problem, same problem at the plant I work, which produces J-D transmissions.
Can't keep them in stock here in Alaska. Almost impossible to buy new.
What does it take to work here
I make parts for these in OH
They should do a Honda 300 throwback I mean every piece bolts up from the old one on the new one the way everyone love those four-wheelers the four-by-four version you advertise that thing in the farming communities won't be able to keep them on the shows hunting communities to no better four wheeler then the original 300 it's like the big red of the four-wheeler world
Same engine as big red with a longer stroke and 30 more ccs
I’ve got a 2020 rubicon foot shift with a 53% gear reduction and 31 OG Outlaws
I can go through any mudhole a CanAm XMR 1000 can go through, albeit a lot slower lol
The quality control of engine assembly lacking at this facility. After looking at the workforce i can see why.
I've always been under the impression when you get a brand new small engine product like a atv, or chainsaw that you want to be super easy for the first tank, why would they go all out on testing as soon as they start the machine if it would hurt it?
Must not hurt it brother
You can break in bike 2 ways like your said taking it easy the first couple tanks or just go balls to the walls from the start and ive heard it doesnt do abything just depends how wellnit was built
Heat cycles is best way!
Break it in the way you are going to use it...
With the new technologies in the types of metals used on all new engines the engine is broken in minutes after the first start up... There is no longer a reason to seat the piston rings
I would’ve never imagined seeing so many American people of color working together instead of offing each other. This is truly amazing. Thanks Honda.
That's Timmonsville South Carolina, population 2,099 and 77.32% black. It's old plantation area. Cheap labor because there's no where else to work. It's hood.
If they only made a 750 twin. 🤞
Already in the first minute I can see that she is not holding the calipers correctly (they were not parallel to what was being measured). Would not happen in Japan. (Sorry to say)
Made in the USA!
Sa coûte combien l'engin
After the final process they are than takin to Baltimore or Philadelphia and than resold without a title and for 1/4 the cost for some reason . Haven't figured it out yet 😂
Most of them are stolen from people who actually paid for them.
@@Brisoup1 ya there is a special place in Hell for those people who steal .
Y’all do know the Honda 420 rancher 2022 makes something like 21 horsepower correct??? That’s really not a lot when you have bikes ranging anywhere between 80 to 105 stock for stock.
Don’t get me wrong you put a 40% gear reduction on them they will keep up just fine in the muck but for mud Hondas are gutless in my opinion stock anyways
Thats whey they last a really long time if you take care of one as there not over powered
Key word rancher.. want a built mud wheeler ya gonna pay 14/ 16k otd. It's a ranch wheeler smh
whats the point of comparing it to a bike? You should compare it to another quad. Plus this quad isn't anthing high end. Same goes for bikes. Not all all bikes make 80 to 105 HP.
Hond best
Can you show why the rubicon 500 finishes by loosing reverse and can no longer go in gear? Weird how three different owners that I know of had to sell there bike for parts because because no mechanic even from Honda can figure it out…
Tippiest quad Ive ever ridden. Quality and reliability unmatched...
Dang ain't nothing I do to my trx 250 though
We are still waiting for new sport quads...it's been over 10 years and the sport is suffering because of it.
I have a 2001 honda trx450 foreman I bought for 2500 last year it has only 350 hrs on it it sat up in a barn for 10 yrs all I had to to was replace the carburetor it runs like a top and plus I got a new four wheeler for a steel
Where did you get the carburetor ? My dealer is giving me the run around story that they are hard to find

Paint 🤔 that was powder coat
Dang I thought all honda power sports were built over seas.
Glad they aren't man. Always try to buy made in USA. Honda is a foreign Co but build in US. At least be sure to drive American vehicles / profits stay in USA ..we do it best !
We all wish!
All they need to do is figure out the transmission and they will be set
Timmonsville, SC: home of my own ‘12 Rancher 420 electric shift with power steering.
I love my Honda and so so both of my daughters.
Honda factory is REALLY outdated. No Mig robots or paint line with robots. Those 2 types of robots were common in the 1990s. Weird video.
Well the video shows a Honda for the picture… that means no power
Very reliable, but the last thing they're is powerful.
Amen
ZACH CHAD
Yo ocupo una cuatrimoto luego me compro una 4x4
Can't touch the Wing!
As a lifelong Honda atv owner, there is no such thing as a powerful Honda ATV lol
Hard to put powerful and Honda in the same sentence. If you want power, you buy a Canam. If you want reliability, you get a Honda.
Hr is doing a great job with racial diversity in the workplace.
All the employees seem so happy. Factory work is so depressing
i noticed that also, they all seemed so happy.
Those last atvs looked weird.....
Honda reliability is unmatched, equally with Yamaha.
The Forman rubicon is garbage. The Rincon is good.
I used to work at this Honda plant about 22 years and their quality sucked which is why I left. I hope they have improved on this.
Love how they put powerful you mean slow no power
Honda should start selling ATV's in Australia again.
Honda factory is REALLY outdated. No Mig robots or paint line with robots. Those 2 types of robots were common in the 1990s. Weird video.
Did they really say powerful?
Bro for real! I have nothing against Honda and I even own some but they are definitely NOT powerful
That’s why they don’t break…not enough power to hurt themselves. Wheel bearings are trash, ES is trash, auto trans can’t make up its mind which gear it wants, most models don’t have diff lock available, and the big one for me don’t offer a atv model larger then 520cc. Come on Honda get with the times.
Powerful for what they are
those are not good enough mask for powder coating FYI
Honda>everything else

I’m fine with a solid atv built with older manufacturing processes. Less skilled people need jobs too and this keeps the people working.
@@Icefisher420 No, you are not tripping, that is an emu.

Yea but then in 2017 you handed out a letter stating that you were leaving the sport quad market and race teams. How many others are doing the exact same thing your doing making utilities how much have they actually improved the last 10 years be honest. Its all in snowmobiles and sxs which for one you don't make a snowmobile and two your sxs are the most underpowered "shaft" driven ones on the market even ginger Billie made fun of you guys lmao
My confidence in Honda just reached zero😂
Make some sport quads and a vtwin models you guys have nothing worth while besides the Talon
