I used to live north of there in Southeast Olympia near the Yelm Hwy.
I used to work at WPPSS in Elma near the Chehalis River.
      Great Video.

This is the oldest son of my great, great grandfather George Washington. He was left to care for the Mistress of my Great, Great Grandmother Mary Jane lee's(Robert E. Lee's Chattel) Slave owner. My Grandfather was allowed to buy his families freedom with her help. George was the oldest of 8 children. The white family, the Cochrans, adopted him and moved him out with them to Oregon. The city of Centralia is the exact same layout as Hyannis, Ma., due to my grandfather starting the first dump truck company on Cape Cod and creating the streets and roads as they are today. My theory is that they became similar due to correlation between father and son. West Hanson Street in Centralia was named after my Great Grandfather Hanson, Pearl Street was named after my Great Aunt Pearl. Today, the roads have become many but at Centralia's core it is a Mirror Image of HYannis, Ma. Even the 1st through 6th streets are the same as the 1st through 6th in West Hyannisport where my Great, Great Grandfather George Washington had his 19 rod parcel. There's some history for ya.

I know this story. This black did not start Centralia at all! He spread a rumor that he did. As long as blacks have a foot hold in Centralia then they have the whole state of Washington.
