Hey guys just one correction and that is hp% are actually superior to flat gems
i still watching the video and stop it when you say that hp flat is better than hp% for hunters because i tried it before and it was hp% is better for all but now i see you write the correct one 😊😉
Also, min lvl for gems and chapter 15 is lvl 51

@@PayneBlade i think u miss something,flat attack stat is better for hunter with non-focus attatk stat cuz their attack stat is low from the beginning.. but when it comes to cha/alicia with alr big attk stat (+ their wpn give atk stat) i blv its better with %.. at 6:16 its hunter kim chul and park heejin that got mines power score which is not a problem (?)

I like defense penetration more then more crit damage, i also put it equal to penetration, it's just what do you need more. I see more and more use of that defense penetration stat which gives a damage boost and more chars have it in their kit and make use of it
it such a bad system. one of the biggest complaints i gave them in the survey, was how badly they failed at adapting the story to the game. the entire beginning of the story is him figure out what stats to increase and use, and landing on strength and then INT mainly. this game anything but 100% on attack is worthless. why did they even bother... i hope they massively overhaul the stats system and make them acutally useful and effect different types of play styles, whether you wanna be a basic attackers or skills/spells etc. they put minimum effort into even caring at all about making the stats effect the game. That or no one has figured out the secret yet, which i doubt. having more intelligence should make you get more shadows or they do insanely more dmg etc.
btw attack % gives more power for both hunters and jin woo, The reason you're seeing the total power get low its that it does get low for hunters that don't have a lot of attack so attack doesn't give much as flat attack
you can test that if you see the total power for a high hunter like Choi, Cha
The only one that gave more % was healing recieved (crazy amount of cp) and hp% (put that correct in). Tested ATK # with flat and % level 2 and flat atk gave a bit more. Are u referring to cp or overall stat?
I think what they mean is as hunters get jigher level and get higher level weapon, atk% become a tiny bit better than flat atk (someone on reddit calculated this comparison), its very minor and only occurs above lv70 (mb even lv80 hunter and weapon). So I think to be safe for long term investment, atk% is ocerall better for both jinwoo and hunters

So like if you have like a sr hunter has around 600 attack
attack % wouldn't give him anything
but flat attack doesn't relay on your current attack so it give low hunters more power than hunter that have a lot of attack
@@Shadowhunter-bf4dw yes that what I mean, what why when replacing atk% with flat attack you get lower cp for low hunter like kim chul for example because he has low attack

I think for Orange gems, Crit Damage is still better over Precision. If you compare a Rank 3 Gem of each, you'll have something like 1.6% increased critical damage vs 1.08% increased minimum damage. Part of the reason is that the increased minimum damage will only take effect when you happen to RNG roll that low damage whereas increased critical damage will always take effect when you deal critical strikes (including when you RNG hit with the lowest minimum damage).
Info on the other gems are great though.
Issue is you can get a ton of crit dmg from gear where precision only comes from weapons dupes. The exclusivity alone is worth using imo. No one should use stats to lvl precision imo. Getting over to like 80% precision vs 75% for example is fairly strong vs adding a 2-3% crit dmg increase and not to mention not everyone is going to benefit off crit dmg
I agree this is the only debatable part, which can only be verified thru testing.

Yellow gem section - you are replacing lvl1 crit gem with lvl2 precision gem. Ofc stats you are comparing will be better. I think to show that precision is better stat to focus, u might need to replace same lvl yellow gems like you did in red gem section (i still agree that precision might be a better gem to focus than crit)
I would recommend going for % stats when future proofing your gem field. Even though flat stats are better for hunters currently, when the game evolves and level caps increase, percentage stats will always be superior for SJW AND hunters
Yes as the LVL increases and the stats get bigger % will be bigger unless they introduce bigger flat gems. For example, tier 4 purple atk gems flat is better still but at certain points % is better if you are higher LVL
We need a BM comarison. Cause actually when u see +100 BM it could be that all your best hunters get +100 BM, so for a Sung mode you can have like +400 BM just from one proper gem witch is huge if take into account all gem board.
I choose HP, Attack and Def in %, crit damage and mana consumtion. Characters thats scales attack from stats take a bigger numbers, speed - difference is low for me (with lvl 1-2 gems).

Most of my gem slots are focused on Jinwoo and Min Byung-gu solely so
Red = 3 atk + 3 atkp + 2 hg, so is it better to use 4 atk + 4 atkp so my hunters in general can do more
Blue = 3 hp + 3 hpp + 2 hr, same question but hp + hpp
Green = doesn't matter i just put things on it
Yellow = 4 critd + 4 defense pen, should i replace all defense pen with precision, i keep critd for min's ult buff
Purple = 4 speed + 2 mp + 2 mpreduc, i'm thinking of putting 4 mpreduc because alicia just eats so much mp
I think earlier flat are better but end game % outscale, pure maths, thats my opinion :D

its common sense that flat is most of the time better just look at the 3 % pieces u have for the specific based character if ur base hp/atk or def is higher so does the % pieces stack higher ur stats
only thing i saw was i had a higher mana cost lower stone and swapped it for an mana increase stone all stats went up

Almost always being under recomended power, wouldn't you benefit most from defense penetration? Because you dont lose that stat being under recomended?
thankfully ive gotten some lucky gem drops from the bonds rewards but man the fusion system for these is frustrating, even more than the runes and blessing stones imo
also i feel like we should be able to get 6 gems daily like instances and encores, and fight any of the battlefields on any day

Red - Attack
Green - defence
Purple - speed
Yellow - precision
Blue - hp
Honestly I doubt speed is going to be helpfull compared to mp use reduction. A tier 4 speed reduction gem, the best in the game currently, gives a movement speed increase of 0.18%. That means if you have all 8 of them, you're looking at a total speed increase of 1.44%, compared to a maximum mp use reduction of 620. 1.44% is about 1/70th of your base speed, that's going to save you less than a second in a minute of non stop movement, when most battles have a 3-5 minute time limit and you're not moving nonstop.

The reason why there's such a small drop in your crit dmg and big rise in precision is because you removed a tier 1 crit gem and replaced it with a tier 3 precision gem

My one and only dislike rn is f2p artifact chips. It’s too much rng for upgrading. You can argue tier 1 chips being decent to get, but tier 2 is hog wash. I get it’s all chance, but artifacts really do a lot for a hunter, so when you’re f2p and need to advance you have to push the gear to lvl 15, if it’s godly maybe even 20. But we can’t, I literally spent 200 tier 2 chips for ONE lvl? 15 to 16. If the resources are going to be scarce, then we shouldn’t have such terrible rates to upgrade. It’s more of a pay wall than xp imo
Payne, has anyone actually gotten the tier 4 purple rarity square gems yet, because it is already a pain to get the tier 3 triangle ones!!! Please let me know!

only for battles in red you lose 30% of crit rate, crit dmg if I recall and precision is lowered. U can see the video I show for testing on it

As far as I know you don't lose anything by getting 2 trophies but by getting 3 trophies you do x1.5 damage to cerb making the fight shorter.

Why do people suggest to use flat stats on hunters while go for % increase on jinwoo , also is this for beginners players whose attacks are low or is it applicable for end game players who are near ch 18 , i am also near ch18 so i am confused whether i should go for flat stats or % on my hunters
The desired numbers are easier to achieve on hunters and hunters scale off one weapon while jinwoo scales off 2. So as u get higher in the. Lvls % becomes better for him but flat continues to thrive for hunters. I did a flat atk vs % video showing jinwoo details
