Shows the Adab of the shaykh who clearly is very competent and translated a complex work like Al Hadiyyah Al Ala’iyyah with very extensive footnotes demonstrating his mastery of the field…and yet stated he didn’t want to answer istifta’ questions due to not deeming himself “qualified.” A number of our western “ulama” who speak about everything and anything without knowledge can learn from him.

Please respond Dr. Shadee. I’m having a lot of trouble. I asked in the Q/A yesterday, but you didnt respond to my question.
I’m a 16 year old male from America, and I suffer from urinary incontinence. I have had extreme trouble with this issue, to the point where making wudu and praying is incredibly difficult for me. However, I read in multiple websites that it is permissible for one to follow a different Madhab in case of extreme hardship, so I decided to follow the Maliki in terms of urinary incontince. Now, I would like to have a fatwa given from the Maliki view on these questions below.
    1. Am I still considered incontinent if the urine only comes out once/twice a day. However, it always comes out when doing physical activity of any sort, and this is extremely difficult as I’m very active
    2. Am I able to apply these Maliki principles to my past prayers? In the past, before I was aware of the Maliki principles regarding incontinence, I would pray multiple prayers despite leaking urine multiple times (my prayers would be invalid according to Hanafis). After reading about the Hanafi opinion (Im Hanafi) , and realizing that these prayers werent valid, I have made Qadha of many of these prayers. My questions is now that I’m Maliki in terms of urinary incontince, can I apply these principles of my wudu being intact through multiple prayers to my past prayers as well, even though I wasnt Maliki then (therefore, I wont have to finish doing Qadhah of these past prayers)?
Please have leniency on me, I’ve been having extreme hardship over this
    JazakAllah Khair

You cannot follow different opinions of Madhabs regarding Major Fiqh issues like Fardh of Cleanliness. As you know that it invalids prayers among the different Madhabs and have many other problems and it can ivalidate many other prayers. Here are the suggestion:
      1. If you stick to the Hanafi Madhab. Then pray the Qadha and ask forgivesness and clean yourself before every prayer (new clothes also).
      2. No Hanafi Scholar will disagree if you move to Maliki Fiqh, and You have to follow it entirely. You should not then follow Hanafi fiqh. You cannot jump around whenever you want. It will make you a Munafiq and can lead you to Kufr by following Nafs.
May Allah make it easy for you.

@@brace_yourself What are you talking about? Stop making it even harder for the brother who clearly has a big problem. The principle of following other madhahib is clearly permissible. Why would you talk about nifaq when you can see and read that the brother is suffering. Treat and live with wisdom and let the learned answer.

Some of the advice in here I don't even understand. Like , if you have one kid what is the problem with that. Does Islam said it's a problem if you have one kid at later age of your life. Many women suffer from various Gynaecological disorder and with treatment they conceive children later age in life, so without knowing ,one should not pass judgement about it. A professor of Yale is a great achievement and it's not like she doesn't have kid. In current world , we muslims are so backward from the science and technological advancement. We are so dependable on western technology and advancement and they are using our dependency against us. But we are not gonna focus on that. We gonna reproduce as much as we can and just some how survive and advice our youngsters to do the same. And if some women dare to achieve something big on her career we muslim men gonna shame them and then when kuffar says that Islam subjugate women , we deny it. Life is not about this way or the other way, life is about balance and Islam every single way teaches us that.

There are hadiths of Rasoolullah that encourage us to marry young women and have lots of children so that Rasoolullah will be proud of the size of our Muslim ummah.
The encouragement of having more kids; however, in no way is a problem for those with 1 kid. After all, we believe Allah determines where and when each soul will enter this Dunya. Some are blessed with children, others can't have them, and yet others lose them later in life.
Being a Professor at Yale does not matter on the Day of Judgement if you did not intend to help anyone with your status or knowledge. At the end of the day, success in the dunya should not take priority over success in the hereafter.
If you're a Muslim, you know that this beautiful deen will never subjugate women - rather, it will liberate them, because you know that true liberation comes from submission to one's Lord rather than societal expectations.

Stronger educated and highly skilled professional Muslim women must be encouraged. Especially martial arts, and self defence are vital.

I don’t think the point was to pass judgment. Just an observation that people are having kids later and later due to their careers. Of course it’s an accomplishment mA

@Antarcavill a single child is more likely to feel alone and feel left out when they see siblings. That being said , of course it's not obigatory and if a woman has gynocological issues she should look after her health rather than damage it by keep procreating

    • @Antara-x6z
      @Antara-x6z 4 місяці тому

@@vol94 Look the things that you do not know plz don't comment on it. Gynaecological disorder doesn't happen because women don't take care of her health. It happen because we eat genetically modified foods, some women I know used a prescribe medicine for acute acne and then she suffered hormonal issue as a side effect. My cousin who married in her twenties , got pregnant in her mid thirties because they are trying different medical treatment for her PCOS and in her forties , Allah knows how she going to have her second child. So , don't blame women for everything , sometimes men also don't want kids because of financial burden and I am not saying all these out of no where , I am saying it from experience. Strengthening the ummah doesn't come with quantity but quality. We are 2billion muslims now, how much did we help Palestine to stop the genocide. All the latest technological weapon are used in Gaza and we are so weak that we are begging the west to have mercy on our ppl and our preachers are shaming women to have one kid and becoming a professor of Yale. Pathetic.
