Naturetastic | Swallows, Martins and Swifts | Hirundines visiting the UK

I've been lucky to spot some of the most beautiful silhouettes darting and swooping in the summer sky. Swifts, swallows, house martins and sand martins are all summer visitors to the UK, and this video gives you some cool facts about them.
From the Swallows elegant gliding through the sky, with their long tail training them behind, to the smaller House and Sand Martins rapidly swooping about catching insects to the Swifts, a heroic bird that flys hundreds of thousands of kilometre returning to the same nest each year.
