I promise you I know what you've been through i've been there with all animosity towards narcissists especially since it was malignant narcissism. But the thing that you have FORGOT to understand, is that they FEEEEED off of your anger, off of your pain, the more you are swimming in your anger, the more you are allowing them to have their way with you. I don't know your family situation except your ex but it seems like the bible is all you had when everything collapsed on you.
Justice what you need to understand about narcissists. Is that they're only in your life to dig up old traumas, old locked away things that you never wanted to touch, they touch EVERYTHING and manipulate it to make you live up to standards that are out of this world. The narcissist is a figment of your imagination just as much as the narcissist only saw you as a figment of their imagination. You could read this and go blah blah I understand all this but really how much are you emotionally understanding? How much are you truly opening yourself up to emotionally? "God" might have called you to make this channel and do what you're doing, but just remember at the end of the day you're hindering your own growth inherently neglecting your own soul in the name of god.
Everything you have up is fear and shame driven. Hate is just another word for fear, remember that. (I'm not talking videos, i'm talking about the defenses in your mind at the moment)
@@Justice7- I am also still swimming in my anger towards the narcissist and things like that, but what had happened when I turned myself inward to truly and really look at myself. I came to realize that I didn't actually move one inch. I ran in the same spot for miles and completely denied it. Allow yourself to truly experience life as it is subjectively and objectively supposed to be lived by means of nature. What this means is owning, turning around the lens and looking at yourself and own what pains and anger you have possibly even towards yourself. It's all life. The more you try to control the pain, the more it controls you.
