I have Moon Rahu conjunction at my 7th house. My mom used to say, as a kid I used to be scared of swimming pools. Having said that, I am a licensed Scuba Diver and a sky diver too. If there is any sort of fear troubling you surrender to any Goddess.. specifically Kali or Durga Maa or VAISHNAVI DEVI. She is the destroyer of all fears/darkness. If you have truly surrendered and on the Yogic path... these planets have no effect over you. Because you've dissolved your EGO. 5. Have a passion (not obsession) in life and divert your mental energy there instead of going in circles with FEAR. Which could be devotion to Goddess, service to orphanage or mental asylum. 6. Be mindful about the quantity of content you are consuming online. Go on a Dopamine Detox 7. Eat Sattvic Food. wow, is this in your Lagna Kundali? cause I do have similar conjunction though I have Saturn there as well. I thought degrees of these planet matters a lot i.e. you can't just simply say if they are in the same house, they are in conjunction. Each planet in any house can have degrees between 0-30, considering Rahu and Ketu both travel in opposite direction to rest of the planets, there degrees counted differently e.g. in my case my Moon is of 27 degrees whereas Rahu 24 degrees. For any other planet, this could have been a close conjunction but as Rahu moves in opposite direction, both of this are considered far apart and should have null effect. At least that's what I understood from other sources.
