this game in my opinion has so much emotion and creation and it shows you how much struggle some people go through to get their frustrations through to others, especially if they are closed as 'sick in the head'. this game shows not only the beauty of creation but the emotion on what the artist may have felt while creating it, this game also shows its beauty and the devil within.
@@andersdondes4748 Oh, PT was amazing. It certainly makes sense when everyone says it would have been one of the most terrifying horror games ever made. It's so unfortunate we'll never receive the full thing.
I just played this game last night. High as a kite too haha. And I gotta say this game really impressed within the first 5 minutes of play through. And it's Awesome work. I really hope to see more games like this in the future.
Poland is a depressing country. Very cold, misty, and gloomy. Yet it holds a proud heritage. Some of the finest clothing comes from Poland, hand-made by those dedicated to tradition and quality. It is understandable why Polish composers create some of the most qualitative instrumental pieces around. The depression of such a country, especially in the latter seasons of autumn and winter can bring about some intense emotions. Too often on the radio do we hear the music intended to hypnotize us and almost forcibly put us into tranquility. Rather, the work of emotion can enable us to come into direct contact with our own emotions. It is what makes up humanity. The ability to understand why we feel things, why we form connections, why love exists. This sort of music brings it out since it is a product of this beautiful human emotion.
Natasha Maldonado yes. If you play the game then at the end there is a book with all their names in it. Literally everyone involved in this game is from Poland lol
So I decided to download this entire album and heard on a 24 hour plane ride. I tried using it to help me sleep. how wrong was I............................................It felt like a horror on the plane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LISTENING ON A LONG TRIP AT NIGHT GUYS
This game has an absolutely excellent mix of depressing and horrifying music. Absolutely adored this game despite it scaring me really fucking badly. My favorite part by far has to be the story. The game was truly a masterpiece of story-driven narratives.
Paintings on the Walls - part 2 is something awesome!!! get goosebumps every time i hear these sounds and the final note.. so dark and creepy.. actually each song is cool, they aren't just soundtrack but a part of story telling and a HUGE part of the haunting atmosphere of this brilliant game. just LOVE
Where is that piano melody that plays when the main charecter goes in a room where all the objects are floating?? When the main charecter touched the piano and it started playing and everything started flying???
it's been a month and you've probably already found it, but for other people's benefit; the "jukebox" (gramophone) song is bill murray's "stumbling" ;)
Shapeless dreams
Know any other songs like it? It is my favorite.

He instantly became my favorite new age composer after these two games.
Truly shows how horrific the dilutions are to someone that suffers with schizophrenia

I agree omg
Despite how aggravating it is to hear it being compared to PT, I do love the look, style and theme. Especially the music.

Buy the music on steam
7 dislikes? Shit people.
Does anybody know how to buy this soundtrack besides steam? I'm pretty sure on steam you have to own the game as well correct?
TheARMusicGroup yeah, but if it's possible where you live, you can google a UA-cam vid to MP3 converter and download the audio.
That's an option, but it would be nice to have a lossless/mp3 320 version in separately named tracks while supporting the composer.
but stumbling all around though
