オーブンで焼く野菜はヘルシーだろうし甘みも引き出されてると思うので、真似させていただこうと思いました。夜にお弁当の材料をきちんと用意なさっていて、だからこそ朝活の時間もできるんですね🌷甘辛丼もキムチチヂミも海苔巻きもとても美味しそうで見入ってました。
ハート柄のパジャマもすごく可愛くて夏にぴったりですね ❤

チヂミ、面倒くさそうで私もほぼ作ったことなかったのですが、韓国人の方のUA-cam見てすごく簡単に作れることがわかったんです😳粉と水を適当に入れても美味しくできるので、本当にオススメです‼️😀🙌🏻

Le sac à main est très jolie, la forme est très originale.
J'aime beaucoup les produits bio aussi, en France nous avons beaucoup de marques bio et depuis des années j'utilise de l'huile sur le visage c'est très efficace. Mais ce que j'aime particulièrement c'est de me faire des masques au miel de manuka, ça rend la peau très rayonnante et a un pouvoir cicatrisant.

It seems to me that your eating habits have improved (using less ready made products) and I'm happy to learn recipes and quick meals ideas as always.
Life has been hectic for me with health going up and down (currently on a positive side but I still need a wheelchair sometimes) and other unpredictable things happening and I have to catch up on ALL your vlogs, which will be such a happy time for me 😁

210℃〜230℃で、10分くらい加熱したと思います！
野菜によっても変わるので、芋🍠とか硬めものものは様子を見て、かたければ時間を追加する感じです😊
