This man and those old tools is amazing at what he does, great rewinder.
There is no mistaking these hands, these are the hands of a master trades person who has done a lot of hard work in their time.
Very good work on the exhaust fan MR. E
very nice old exhaust fan restoration
I love your videos and must say I envy the ease at which you rewind motors. To me it seems like such an impossible task using secretive forbidden knowledge, but you make it seem so blissfully easy it motivates me to learn. Thank you.
I just love watching you rewind motors, I've tried to do it in the past and never had much luck. I think that's why it's so satisfying for me to watch you do it and make it work, great job!
So you have a new machine to make field coils (9:28) ? Great ! Very nice restauration indeed.
Excellent restoration Mr.E... Great paint job as well... WELL DONE!!! 10/10
Wonderful restoration work!!!!!

Hi Mr. Electricity 👋👋👋very good restoration ventilation 👍👍👍
Perfect 👌 from Germany 🇩🇪 👋👋👋Kai
I'd be very interested in a lesson video on how electric motors work and why you prepare them as such.
Amazing 👍💪
Stupendous work! I can see why you have so many FANS on UA-cam!
Great work, thank you for all the videos... congratulations 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I enjoy seeing the meticulousness and care with which it rewinds electric motors.
What you do while rewinding all of that copper wire is an absolute mystery to me, but nevertheless fascinating. Where will this fan do. it's job in the future?
You can do so much with so little and do it so well, you're an inspiration to all, thanks for sharing.
Really good job
great work.!! how did u find out the gauge of the wire and no of turn that needs
That was absolutely phenomenal. Great restoration and the rewinding was very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
He just acquired a new subscriber.
Cocorico.... nice job
That re winder looks different. Did you restore it or clean it up. What do you use to clip your finger nails, an axe ;-) . Again you have done a great job, a video well worth watching. I'm sure you need somebody to interpret these comments into Vietnamese. Please figure out how to set up an account so you can receive $$$ so you can buy some quality tools. You do great work and restore things that normally would be discarded. Thanks for making these great videos, and sharing with us.....Ken Marina California. USA. You are probably wondering just where is California much less where is Marina, well it's close to the Pacific Ocean.
I think I saw him use a 4 1/2 in angle grinder with a 36 grit flap disc on those nails... that's what I used on my x wife, it works great...
That's an awesome restoration
So impressed with your restoration.
man i have wanted to see some one wind coils in electric motors...very cool...

When you started cutting the wires all I could here was Robby Rotten screaming "WHAT ARE YOU DOING??!!"

Are u from India? Where do u get this Exhaust fan?
Nicccccce
💐💐💐💐👍
I'm a big fan of yours Mr Electricity. But I must say I was a little disappointed this time on the lack of attention to detail in the preparation of the metal regarding the paint.Without removing all the rust properly,it will soon eat into the new paint. And without priming all the metal properly, the new top coat will soon chip and peel.
Trabalho de restauração perfeito, parabéns!
weird audio during the wire wheel brushing - Mr. Electricity's friend/cameraman, appeared to be alternating between two cameras, for the two different angles, one had mixed mono output, the other had superbly separated stereo output which sounded weird,
U restored the rewinding aparatus and didnt show it to us
Молодца!

I do not understand why you remove the windings and rewind without so much as testing them first. There's not really that much that can go wrong with the windings, as they are not a moving part.I would think it would at least warrant testing before you go to the trouble and expense. For all you know when you start, the motor may be in working order other than needing a new plug or such. Not to test first is silly. Henry Ford the first when looking for high end employees would take them to lunch. If they salted their food without tasting it first, he would not hire them. That's the same deal here, you're just assuming the windings are bad, not checking first. You're fired! lol
cag mito, maybe this, maybe that, I say prove it first. I've seen a number of these vids where he rewinds as a matter of course, whether they need it or not. Windings seldom fail. Usually it's bearings or moving parts. They can overhead and loose the coating that insulates them, but I haven't seen that yet. Brushes going bad is very common. The only other reason to rewind is to change the output. Ether way, say so. I for one would like to see them tested, as that has interest to me, since I can do that, I'd like to see it done so I know if I'm doing it right. I can't rewind, but I've repaired a lot of motors without needing it. I didn't see any damage to the windings, at least nothing I could catch in the vid. If you say they're damaged, point out where instead of just mouthing off.
If he did not rewind, this video would be very short. I for one, enjoy watching him taking out the old wires and rewinding. Quite possibly he can tell or suspects the wires are nearing the end of their use. Those wires looked like they have overheated a few times.
@@kenzpenz short vids aren't a problem. I'd just like to know that what he's doing is necessary. To do it just because he can, well that isn't logical or sensible. If they are not damaged and need it, that's a lot of work and waste for nothing. I do not like to see either materials or time wasted. I have time to waste now that I'm old as the hills and twice as dusty, but someone with his obvious skills should be putting them to sensible use. If they are bad, then show me. I'd really like to know how to check that. Then I wouldn't waste my time on lost causes when I try to repair things.
@@tootall5559 Hey, lets not talk about being as old as the hills, when I was born they didn't even have dust, I'm 81 :-) .
@@kenzpenz well you got me by a few years. However if "you're as old as you feel" applies, I'm 137
