woohoo. This is a true look into an average day working on a coffee farm in Hawaii. Honestly each day looks different. Some days I spend the whole time editing, or not at all and I go to a beach. It all depends.
I hope you guys enjoyed this raw and honest cut, and come back tomorrow for day 9!

Smoothie. You could also go down to 1 banana and then instead of ice use frozen fruit strawberries blackberries raspberries mangoes pineapple etc etc freeze well

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Better (but harder) to stop eating after 6:00. BTW…love the daily stories 😊

A little friendly advice if you want to continue eating healthy and further improve your complexion. Substitute Canadian Maple Syrup for Agave Syrup. Agave has a massively lower Glycemic Index so you don’t get any a sugar rush and intake less sugar/carbs/Calories per serving meaning it’s healthier. Secondly ditch the Vanilla extract/essence. It’s also crap for your skin despite tasting wonderful 😊

Have lived in three different islands now for a year atleast and I have to say island time is a common thing in all of them. Not surprised that Hawaii has it too hehe

When I was your age, I was a pyrotechnic and the task for the new people were to dig a hole to fill a hole. We don’t need the hole. Rock picking seems a little bit more deeded, but just as mundane

That's so funny that you have one of John Seymour's books!! He wrote a whole bunch of books on living off the land on a small-holding, off grid. He was an old chum of my Grandparents and at one point lived not far from their weekend cottage in Suffolk, before moving to Wales and then Ireland. The truth was that although he was a splendidly inspiring writer and broadcaster, he was actually not a terribly good farmer and most of the donkey-work was done by his long-suffering wife, Sally. The other reality was that without the income from writing and broadcasting for the BBC, none of his off-grid experiments would have worked. He was a funny and intelligent man, who wrote evangelically about alternatives to the 20th Century rat-race, but there were an awful lot of downsides to the life he espoused!! Just sayin... ;-)
I am enjoying your videos so much!!! I too try and implement hobbies that can double as workouts and I love me some yoga and stretching. In my younger years I was a personal trainer and I couldn't help but notice how when you used the resistant bands your knees went passed your feet. Be careful about that! You want to focus on staying on your heels when you are moving through the shuffle and squat! I am not trying to be a troll so I hope you don't take this comment that way.
also if you add a scoop of peanut butter or any nut butter to your smoothie recipe, it tastes amazing!!!!

I’m no legalist - at all but yoga is occultic to it’s core. Aleister Crowley was a huge proponent of it as a way to get in touch with the gods without saying anything. Every pose is an act of worship to a god. The wonderful Caryl Matrisciana, a 30 year yoga teacher who got saved, has made some great videos on it. My wife used to do it then decided to research it. Please consider looking in to it.
What happens when we love 10 days of someone is that we end up loving them and appreciating them.....and then, poof, they are gone :( !!

Are you renting a room in that house, yes I seen a baby chair in the living room, are you staying with relations. The house looks nice it's an average Hawaiian home. I hear homes in Hawaii are expensive.

Glory Im so very sorry I really thought things were going to be different you look lost and longing for that distance place with certain people Im reslly upset that he just picked up and started this relationship that I know he knows he is making a big mistake this person is not going to love the ocean like you do its so weird but he will have to find out the hard way however you my love will find a gentleman that has a boat and is looking for his partner in life you find a Boat load ...lol..of friends there is plenty try
