I bought this machine and i use it for the last 3 months.I am very pleased but I had problem with iphone 12 lcd after open it, it gave me lines on the screen.I used down temperature 90 celsious and upper 85.What am i doing wrong?Sometimes i notice that on lcd lift the plastic bracket of the lcd remains on the main board and the lcd lifts.Why is that?
iPhone 12 series is a bit tricky, because frame is very easy to separate even 3 months old phone. you will have to pay attentions on the bottom part where the flex cable is. use thin plastic and 99% ISO on that area.
I would set 85c for the top and 90 c for frame. If frame separation, there is a reason, 1) not hot enough and you are pulling it too hard. 2) the screen has been cracked for a very long time and a lot of dust in between frame and glass.

How long should you heat up the phone before trying to remove screen?
depending on the phone. if you are working on iPhone, the bottom heat can be 80 and 1 min, the top heat can be 90.
