My version: use mellor strata NatEx livery (it has slightly more speed than the rest of the stratas) then do that park and ride but route 99 (not X99) and turn there at 2:39 then at the oncoming roundabout take the 3rd exit then go to the seafront that takes a bit more time but more points.
