i am so glad that Mai said the day had just began even though the sun was setting soon! so many people fall into the trap of thinking a productive day is waking up at 5am, getting work done by noon and then having the rest of the day. it is super ok to wake up at 1, do work for a bit, watch tv and not finish work all in one day because it's the progress that counts!!!

she honestly makes me so happy, she inspires me to take a break and relax and focus on myself, take better care of myself. I don't think she understands how much she has helped me grow. She is just such an amazing person and i'm so glad i found her channel. If it weren't for her i wouldn't know when it started getting bad for me. And i wouldn't stop to help myself. But she taught not just me but all her viewers that one, its ok to be sad and to not feel well, and two how to take care of ourselves. I know this might sound gross to other people but sometimes it gets bad you don't even remember to do the basics like eating, brushing your teeth, showering, cleaning. But she knows that maybe even if its one person out there, that they will feel motivated to get up and take care of themselves. I love youu!!!!!! idk if this sounds weird but you rlly are important to me. you taught me that its ok and i thank you soooo much for that. Idk y but im tearing up writing this.
