Thank you so much for watching and I would have to agree with you! Video was a lot of fun to do learning a ton about the history of announcements with hot toys
What an amazing video! I've been collecting Hot Toys since the early Alien and Predator days. This video brings back lots of great memories. Thanks for taking the time to create it!
Absolutely! Had a blast learning so much and sharing this information. Man I would have loved to have been there for the early days. Thank you for the kind words and thanks for tuning in.
Wow, what an incredible research you've done. Recently I prepared a timeline video for Terminator releases, and discovered that the MMS1 is from this IP like you said!
Was amazing learning so much history of hot toys. It was even more fun to make this video and share it with you guys. Obviously some already know the history but of course some don’t and was fun to share. I’m so happy you enjoyed it
Great video. At the begining of the video I did mine from the years I started collecting and they were pretty similar 2017- Anakin Skywalker (My first PO) 2018- Darth Maul 2019- Battle damage Iron man mk 85 2020- Miles Moales 2021- Luke Skywalker ( the Mandalorian) 2022- Darth Vader (Kenobi) 2023- Artisan Anakin 2024- Darth Revan
@DanielHog13 probably the best Iron Man just because the scene is so definitive. I have the I through VII, XLVI, XLVII, L, and both 85s. If anyone wants to know what to get first I always recommend the BD 85 and then the VII. Especially with how cheap you can get the BD 85 for in today's market it is a steal for a grail worthy piece
I’m one of those got into it dirty covid guys. Really fell in love with those figures at that time. I think my favorite announcement this year so far has got to be Captain Jack so far
@@BrickArtemis Absolutely. Find my other comment this evening on a (new to me) vid you produced ~ 3 weeks ago on collecting in general; hope you like my follow-up comment.
Damn so much heat love to see all the classic figures they have done man would love to see these kind of release now a days besides the 3 IP’s this was a history lesson great video 🧱😎
Logo on the Reeves Superman has never peeled on mine and I’ve had it displayed forever. The neck connector, on the other hand, is prone to breaking - but easy to replace
Great Video Brick Artemis! Before 2024 I only bought a few figures but in January of 2024 I decided to jump into the hobby with reckless abandon and bought a lot of figures and am now a full fledged collector. 2024 for me is Obi Wan Kenobi Darth Vader!
Thank you so much! I started a little over 2 years ago so I’m definitely no pro. I just enjoy the hobby, enjoy expressing my love for it, enjoy talking with everyone about it, and the history of it all. This was a fun video to make because I was able to learn so much
Great video. Its funny to me because when you say this figure "takes the cake" meaning its the best? in England taking the cake is the same as saying "taking the piss" lol so you are saying this figure takes the piss. lol Hot toys is playing it safe and just makes what they think sells. They've found their lane and sticking to it. Unless people stop buying the iron mans and spider men etc they wont go back to making random movie stuff. I've been collecting action figures for about 34 years 1/6 and 1/12 but hot toys I've only started collecting since 2022! I'm not a hot toys collector I collect action figures that take my fancy. I do prefer 1/6 scale though. I dont try to complete lines or even teams I just collect what looks good to me.
😂 taking the cake here is taking the prize or the gold medal. Hot toys recently announced the artisan joker from the joker movie and sounds like we will be getting a new t800 of pictures are true.
@BrickArtemis yeah I saw them. I'm a terminator one fan I'd like a remake of that t800 and the tech noir one. The past tech noirs face didn't look right to me.
Super cool video dude! Nicely done!
Thank you 🙏
I subscribed for this video.. keep up this path and you have a faithful follower
Thank you! Really means a lot and hopefully see you around more often.
Awesome video, man! Would love for Hot Toys to give us an updated Ripley! That would be amazing!
Thank you so much for watching and I would have to agree with you!

How do you like your Ironman? There's a few 1/6 available from Sideshow. Mk85 BD has been in/out of my cart....

That Jack is amazing! Were you able to cop the artisan version?
@@BrickArtemis went standard myself I can’t lie

Great work Brick, really enjoyed it. I agree it's time for Terminator rerelease! 🤙🤘
Doc-Bat! Thank you so much for tuning in. So happy you enjoyed it.
Great Video Brick!
Thanks man thought it would be fun 😊
In 2012, DX13 clears all other announcements by a mile.
Such a great announcement and figure. Depending on the day I would have to agree with you 😂 definitely between dx13 and hulk for me
Damn so much heat love to see all the classic figures they have done man would love to see these kind of release now a days besides the 3 IP’s this was a history lesson great video 🧱😎
Yeah man would be so cool to see Rocky, planet of the apes, and terminator make a comeback
I need that damn Davy Jones
Same here man!
Really fun video man 🙌🏻
Thank you 🙏 happy you enjoyed it
Thanks for watching as always
@@BrickArtemis No problem brother 🫡
You skipped DX6. It was so crazy good, only can surpass by new Jack Sparrow 12 years later.
So many great figures I didn’t get to talk about
I had to cut some out due to the video already being 40 minutes long 😢
But yes what an amazing figure
