- Poldark star Aidan Turner swaps historical dramas for psychological thrillers in ITV’s new gripping show ‘The Suspect’. Turner plays psychologist Dr Joe O’Loughlin, who appears to have it all, until his life is turned upside down when he is diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson’s and becomes embroiled in a murder case… So is Joe innocent or is there something he’s hiding?

An amazing , versatile actor that succeeded in not remaining stuck into one type of character ( Poldark) but reinvented himself in other characters, much different among themselves, and therefore requiring a tremendous ability and skill of acting ..
