This has too fast of a tempo for country. This is more piano rag or ragtime than country. Drop the tempo, make the primary instrument an acoustic guitar, and maybe add a harmonica.
I can't really put my hand on it but, the instruments feel a bit off. Like the piano is weirdly quieter than most of the others and the panning is a bit uneven. But it still is pretty good excluding those flaws and the ones stated already.
