Everyone should’ve clapped for her and stopped by the beautiful sound of her voice. I would’ve cried in person just seeing a young and talented young girl beautifully perform this song. Is it very common to conduct karaoke in malls in Philippines? Since I have seen quite a few videos where almost everyone sings beautifully, now I'm really intrigued to know the culture behind this
Since karaokes/videokes are common in almost every filipino households, the demand is quite high so malls are selling such items. Just ask the employee if you wanna sing. It's free.
It's ALWAYS in the electronic stores where they sell Karaoke machines among other electronic products. So this is like an actual live testing of the product. It becomes like an open mike. And as you might have already know, Filipinos love to sing.
If it’s not members of public singing the karaoke....it’s the employees singing karaoke. I miss this and I miss being in the Philippines
Electronics stores sells these karaoke machines. Part of the job of their sales representative is to sing using the machine all day to attract customers. People can ask the sales rep if they can sing/test the machine whether they are buying or not. The sales reps let people sing for free because it is also one way they can rest their voices. Letting others sing instead of them.

What is wrong with these people, they are either deaf, or have so little good manners that they just ignore the effort of this child. I am sad I missed this but also glad because had I been there, I would have waited for her to finish, then applauded, then told some people what I really thought of them. By the way she was brilliant.

Apart from what I think is them being rude, they clearly can't hear a terrific young singer with huge potential. Your voice is better than the majority on the Got Talent shows. Well done. But the important thing is for you to always enjoy what you do, the fact you do it well is a bonus for the rest of us.
