There is a town in Brazil where wild dolphins help humans fish. The Dolphins have learned to push schools of fish towards the humans and when the humans throw their nets the dolphins find it easier to pick off the fish that escape. These dolphins are completely wild. My point here is that if you want to see dolphins working with humans, go there.
I've seen that o UA-cam it was so cool. Dolphins followed me in Florida thousand island I was about twelve and swam with a wild dolphin I even had it swim next to me

Did you know that orca’s and almost any animal lives longer in captivity than in the wild due to being fed every day and tended to when they’re a visible issue with them? And did you know that people who work at zoo’s know more about animals than anyone else because they have to go to 4/2 year college and learn about animals before a job like the zoo allows them?.. did you also know that without zoo’s most animals would be extinct?

The last time orcas were captured was almost 40 years. The orcas you see in this video was probably born there and because of that, SeaWorld can’t release them into the wild because they won’t be able to survive in the wild. If they were to release them in the wild the orcas would need to be trained to hunt for food and other things.
Which should be fine, orcas are social and hunt in pods. If you released them into a pod I'm sure they would be integrated and the pod will teach them their ways just like humans have been teaching them tricks.

Whale watching tours are an enormous disturbance for wild orcas. Many pods are unable to find food these days because they keep getting harrassed by tour boats.

Every comment talks about how terrible this is but what is happening with these animals is the only life they can live. All animals that can be returned to the wild have been. All the animals left were born in captivity or taken from the wild at such a young age they cannot survive in the wild. Raising money to give them the best life these animals can get is important too. If everything was perfect none would have ever been captured but they were. All left in parks must be taken care of till the last of them passes away
Give them money and all of the sudden they start their breeding program back up. The message people are saying with this being completely cruel should never stop or else people will start doing it again.

The storage of the whale population is EVEN WORSE than it is here in the USA. They are being kept in what are basically water tower tanks, just set on the ground. With no ability to move. You people making excuses are actually restarted. First off, orcas are smart and learned creatures, meaning you could give a 1-2 yo orca to a wild pod, and if they accept it, they will teach it. But more inportantly, you could set them free as newborns. You could make sure they dont breed. You could give them a large sectioned off stretch of the ocean (which is how they carch them) and let them live in at least a little more than a tiny suffocating concrete box. But no, they breed them and then put them on shows. Anyone making excuses for the billion dollar company here is either very unintelligent, or a bad person, bffr.

I think they should be in an open ocean pen that way they can still experience the ocean but be safe from predators that could hurt them and they can still be fed but humans to make sure that they survive and if people wanted to go see them they could go to the open ocean pens and see them swim and be free and happy. Well Seaworld only has orcas that were born in captivity back when they were still capturing and buying them from the wild and they are not breeding anymore of them so once the current ones die the orca shows are over for Seaworld. Problem is that there are still parks in Japan, Spain, Mexico and Russia that are still capturing and buying orcas for shows. Orcas are way too intelligent to be kept in these parks, thats why their average age is half as short as in the wild and many of them show literaly signs of psychosis - thats why they have killed people because their mind finally broke apart.

Every comment talks about how terrible this is but what is happening with these animals is the only life they can live. All animals that can be returned to the wild have been. All the animals left were born in captivity or taken from the wild at such a young age they cannot survive in the wild. Raising money to give them the best life these animals can get is important too. If everything was perfect none would have ever been captured but they were. All left in parks must be taken care of till the last of them passes away
Give them money and all of the sudden they start their breeding program back up. The message people are saying with this being completely cruel should never stop or else people will start doing it again.

While they have stopped breeding here in the US, there are HUNDREDS of parks that are all owned by the SAME COMPANY that are being built all over JAPAN AND CHINA right now. The breeding there hasn’t stopped, it hasn’t doubled, tripled, even quadrupled, nope- it has multiplied by 25 times over the past 5 years. The storage of the whale population is EVEN WORSE than it is here in the USA. They are being kept in what are basically water tower tanks, just set on the ground. With no ability to move. People who go to the parks here in the USA fund EVERYTHING that this company does, EVERYTHING.
Also, as for the “Whales can not be released.” Theory. That has been proven time and time again to be just plain wrong. We also have HUNDREDS of Open Ocean Pens that would love these whales, and would allow them to spend their life in a normal habitat.

You people making excuses are actually restarted. First off, orcas are smart and learned creatures, meaning you could give a 1-2 yo orca to a wild pod, and if they accept it, they will teach it.
But more inportantly, you could set them free as newborns. You could make sure they dont breed. You could give them a large sectioned off stretch of the ocean (which is how they carch them) and let them live in at least a little more than a tiny suffocating concrete box. But no, they breed them and then put them on shows.

A worker was killed by an orca at seaworld. The orca may have just been playing, but these are awesome creatures who are also wild. Respect wild creatures and give them their space!!

I’m an orca trainer and the noises he was making was for echolocation. They do this to navigate, communicate, and locate prey

Honestly, I don’t support places like Seaworld at Marine land when it comes to work is in Dolphins and you bluest however, if they can’t survive in the wild because they’re either desk or for some reason, I just can’t live in the Wilde. I think they should be in an open ocean pen that way they can still experience the ocean but be safe from predators that could hurt them and they can still be fed but humans to make sure that they survive and if people wanted to go see them they could go to the open ocean pens and see them swim and be free and happy. Just saw most of you know open ocean pans can be acres and acres and acres and miles and miles long.

It's actually cheaper to get out in a boat and see them in their natural habitat. Seeing a whole pod ( 15+) in one go is thrilling!

Well Seaworld only has orcas that were born in captivity back when they were still capturing and buying them from the wild and they are not breeding anymore of them so once the current ones die the orca shows are over for Seaworld.
Problem is that there are still parks in Japan, Spain, Mexico and Russia that are still capturing and buying orcas for shows.
Orcas are way too intelligent to be kept in these parks, thats why their average age is half as short as in the wild and many of them show literaly signs of psychosis - thats why they have killed people because their mind finally broke apart.
The humans are the ones who are silly
