Take a walk with me around affluent Eastwood City in Quezon City Philippines. Located in Barangay Bagumbayan in Quezon City, this place could be considered the BGC (Bonifacio Global City) of Quezon City Philippines. Not really my cup of tea, but Eastwood City does have a lot of good restaurants and nightlife if you have the funds to spend. I had a good time here, and it's good to have places like this every once in awhile =) Enjoy!
Nice coverage tour KryptoTrekker. Its the place that I had been several times passing this place for stopover before we bike back to Montalban Rizal. Awesome tour 👍👍👍
In the Philippines there are not only slums, there are also many beautiful areas, beautiful islands in many cities. Just travel around, record them and present them to the world here
majority of this features videos of philippines are all but negatives and slums, and just ignore the beautiful places that the country could offer. They don't even want to show you the sandy beaches, and the mountainous green fields and blue clear waters or the amazing falls. They just want to show you the slums only and only the slums.
we have like cityscapes, tall buildings, and modernized city. and we also have beautiful beaches and falls and Big mountains to hike and we even have a spain like old city were it is clean and can rode a boat there like venice. but No, they just want to show you the slums and the 100% dark corners of this country whilst ignoring the other half so that people in the internet could gossip and tell how chaotic it is here
A pleasant change from the slum walking. Was there in EW pre covid, little Oasis of a Manhattan among the slum and savagery of almost anywhere else there. Good stuff
always excellent work. I don't like this type of Filipinas, it all seems too fake like in BGC, I would prefer to be with real people in Tondo......or in the middle of the Divisoria market: just my vision!
The Philippines is turning into another United States with the major gap in income inequality.Just like here in the states the very few small group of people that are doing extremely well and the majority of people that are extremely poor it’s the same thing in the Philippines.
@@jarjar3222 yes but the problem is getting worser in the Philippines with the development that is going on in Cebu,Manila, bgc it’s pushing out the locals😢.
@@jamalgreen3056nonsense .99.5% of the Eastwood population is local . There are foreigners ( me for example ) but they are the absolute minority . Nobody is being pushed out .
I see. I wondered why it wasn't "Bawal umihi dito" I should have known. I noticed that both in BGC and here a lot of people walk/tow/carry their dogs.🤣
Rest assured , Eastwood is not a community of crazy rich people. Easy to find a 25,000 peso one bedroom condo . Restaurants are cheap , at least most of them .

Kumusta po, fantastic and interesting video, looks a lot like Singapore. 👍
I like that it's quiet unlike BGC which is starting to feel like Quiapo.
100% agree
Nice photography! As a Canadian, I’m surprised to see Tim Horton’s coffee there! Very modern first world place.
Awesome Virtual walking tour👍👍
Thank you very much!

Ironically, we see more smiling faces in Tondo.
Drugs, shabu is an upper.
It’s because people here are busy with work.
In order to attain riches, you must have given up all or a part of your soul somehow. The people in the slums are living free.

Eastwood city ang BGC naming mga millenials.
love it there but too close to the west fault line. i am scared.
Eastwood is the San Francisco of the Philippines and BGC is the NYC of the Philippines. I can't wait to retire in either one of these neighborhoods 😊

Economic disparity is not uncommon within a country and around the world.
It sounds like you were just born yesterday. A huge income gap is a worldwide phenomenon.
