What factors affect floor thickness? Is it mostly corrosion? I was told that the size of the tank, ie pressure is a factor ,however I was thinking that newtons 3rd law would render that point moot.
The floor thickness is based on long term experience- it is desired to have the floor thin enough for flexibility for settlement. Corrosion allowance is not as much a factor.
