Drug Dealer Simulator | How to Double your FPS (FPS Boost)

Well you read the title :)
Following this guide will guarantee you an FPS increase!
For me, it literally tripled my FPS, from ~40-60 on my main save up to 120-140
Disclaimer/Warning:
Do this at your own risk (i must say that lol) the results may and will vary from computer to another, and this may work differently or behave unexpectedly!
Also, I had my FPS uncapped in the video for the sake of the benchmark/difference, to uncap your FPS; you just need to change the "FPSlimit" option in the file shown in the video to 100 or so. (Setting it to 0 will cap the FPS at 60, set this value within your own FPS so it does not cause overheating or other issues!)
Here are the steps:
First Method:
Press windows key + R
Type "%localappdata% and press OK
Look for "DrugDealerSimulator" folder
Follow the path: Saved - Config - WindowsNoEditor
Right click "GameUserSettings" file, Open with Notepad
Apply changes as shown in the video
Second Method:
Open Steam and go to your Library
Right click on Drug Dealer Simulator, click Properties
Select the Launch Options box
Type "-dx9"
Close the properties box and start the game

2 years later this is still very effective! I was getting maybe 30fps now im running smooth af! Thank you bro I didn't even know I could edit graphics like this! I'd rather be able to play smooth instead of have good graphics. Left a like

Forgot to mention something: If you want to get rid or decrease the jagged edges; trun on FXAA anti aliasing and set it to HIGH, this won't cost a lot of FPS but will help out!
EDIT: You can gain even more FPS by using the new improved sharpening feature in Nvidia Geforce Experience if you have an Nvidia GPU! It renders the game at a lower resolution then upscales it to a higher resolution by sharpening the low-res rendering (I recommend you set it to 75% or 67% to avoid blurriness and pixelations)
You should always update your drivers and keep your system updated to make sure you're squeezing the most performance out of your PC specs.
Alternatively, you may also use Reshade to apply in-game filters like brightness, sharpening, and all kinds of fun stuff, I recommend you use AMD's automatic sharpening which dynamically sharpens parts of the game rendering that are not very clear (blurriness, far view, detail-keeping or very upclose shots)

i can play gtaV and the forest on max settings but in this game i have 30 fps even i put the settings on high or low, can u help me?

I dont think its VSync, maybe its low GPU usage because of unoptimization, software incompatibilities with dx9 or dx11 or maybe CPU bottleneck. Maybe RAM

If you only got a 60hz monitor you only ever gonna see 60fps because it’s all your monitor can display

Yes that's true but having higher framerates will make your game smoother & more responsive, and for higher refresh rates this is a plus 👍

@@v7dds then it's not really frames per second . it's average frame rate.
average frame rate has little to do with dropped frames.
looking at average IPS won't tell you if there is a problem.
constant FPS looks amazing even at 30 ....
dropped frames looks like crap even at 120.
