I haven't seen the Bar-L since the 70's and the only thing I could recognise for sure in this video was the church I was christened in. I grew up on Sandaig Road. Thanks for this timely reminder that you can never go home.
I lived in Barlanark in the 50's when it was newly built. 172 Pendeen Road. I must admit I did not recognise anywhere on the video. It looks like MY Barlanark was demolished and rebuilt.

so did I up from mrs clark and down from mrs skinner on the corner it was bloody cold in 1963 the birds were dropping from the trees.
