I would personally copy link then paste it to a UA-cam to mp3 converter then save it as a music file and just have it playing on repeat like a song but silent
Could play all night if there wasn't any ads on it, I tried for first time and at the sound of first ad it woke my 77 year old mother 😮😮. Other than that it seemed to keep the rats away

Scroll to near the end of the video, then let play to the end. Press 'replay', or have it on loop. It should play without ads. You might have to do that a couple of times, but it works for me.
