I'm watching this on 20 Jan 2020... Mintzberg wrote his first book the year I was born... his book is now 46 years old , AND STILL RELEVANT. Yes, the world is rapidly changing... a lot of new parameters are introduced into our environment... but the primary act of management is to take care of people (not tasks).... and while the content has changed dramatically, human nature hasn't for millennia and probably won't change in our lifetime.
