    UPDATE
The actual "mall" part of the mall is currently closed off. You can only enter the building via the Planet Fitness, Dunham's, and furniture store. Try to go through any of the mall entrances, you'll be greeted by locked doors and "entrance closed" written on a paper with marker. Damn shame. This mall was my childhood 😭

in that blue tiled storefront to the right of bloom bounce used to be a really great arcade.. huge space, awesome selection of retro games. it used to be bigger before FYE expanded and chopped a good portion of the arcade off. it went downhill after that. too bad.

Dunham's moved to its own larger space right outside the mall, probably soon after this video.

I met my wife in Bloomsburg. I used to hit up the Electronics Boutique here. The guys that worked there 2002-2004 were good dudes. The Columbia Mall is but a shell of its former self.

I just released a similar mall from Illinois on my channel. 90s pastel and everything. All anchors gone, but still some national chains including Victoria's secret, maurices, bath and body, Spencer and more. I read an article recently on why bath and body works still is in a mall despite it being dead. Essentially, women like the stuff. You can't smell online. We are still in a movement where women like to spoil themselves. I bought stuff from there from the men's section and it is good. Right now they are having a big sale. Great video.

Columbia Colonnade (ex Columbia Mall) will be partly demolished and reconfigured. Seems most of the work will be going on in the middle of the mall. Lost several stores due to COVID and the aftermath.

I just saw your Charlie Brown video. I use to shop at this mall all the time. From foot locker to game stop to the wall. The Ames in the mall use to be in Bloomsburg an moved to the mall. Seeing this mall in death is heartbreaking. Thanks

What a shame, I was there in 2000 and the mall was full of life. Any idea when it went down hill?

I live in town, and still do. the Mall went down hill around 2011, and has been on its last few legs since. they dont even have spirit halloween there in the fall seasons anymore.

I went to college at Bloomsburg in the mid to late 2000s and visited Bloomsburg into the early 2010s to visit friends. From my experience, this mall was never really that great when I started going, it was just an average to below average mall, kinda almost like the Schukyll Mall at the same time period. I think the real nail in the coffin for this mall was when the Wal-Mart plaza opened pretty much less than a mile or so away. It made less of a reason to go to the mall, and then with all the anchors closing up shop, it was pretty much bye bye for this mall's future.
Also fun fact, this was once one of two locations in my area that had a Gamestop literally a mile away from each other. Both Bloomsburg and Hazleton PA had Gamestops in the mall and Wal-Mart plaza (Hazleton still does).

The Ames label scar is THE MONEY SHOT! i"M glad Dunhams didn't paint over it or destroy it. That's history there. They could paint the logo, and I guess it won't offend or bother anyone.
Great video on a sad, dying mall. With the smaller line stores closing like Payless I'm betting dozens of mall will slowly fade. It's a nice little mall. I LOVED when Anthony went into the vintage Arbys restaurant, one of my few favorite quick serve places. It looks like it hasn't been changed since 1988.
Did not realize that Smash place was a place to smash things. Thought it was a music store. I need a place like that to deal with stupid people and smash things. Part of my "therapy" besides loving Cats is having you and Anthony and Nate and the Wolfs and others make my laugh and feel good. So easy, so natural.
Maybe they changed the name of this place from Mall to Collinade because the owners want to turn it into an outdoor living center. My issue is with having open air shopping areas is will shoppers want to go there in days of rain and snow and cold and when it's winter int he middle of spring? Also the mix of pretensous uppity smaller stores. Plus I been to a handful of "lifestyle centers" and they lack personality or heart like a small mall like this.
