Last week we sat down with Tokyo Jetz for an exclusive “Off The Porch” Interview! During our conversation she talked about growing up poor in Jacksonville, jumping off the porch, learning not to waste her money on materialistic things, building her buzz by dropping freestyles, her music going viral on Facebook, her thoughts on female rappers blowing up, explains how she got T.I.’s attention, signing to him, reveals what T.I. is like as a CEO, announcing her pregnancy during a concert in her hometown, wanting to have 10 kids, shares advice for soon to be first time mothers, her new single “Know The Rules” featuring T.I., her upcoming album ‘Cancel Culture’, her first movie role ‘The Salt’, writing a book ‘Mind Over Matter’ about depression & anxiety, and much more!

I thought that interview was deep even though I can't relate to coming from a broken home and having to relocate. I really understand her tough swag although it was surprising that she is kind of a sensitive yg when it comes to family. Very understandable on the other hand in reference to wanting a big family of her own. She'll be okay with the guys of Grand Hustle. I know that Mister Harris won't let her fall off and mentor her with the experience that he acquired in his life.

The freestyles told me in and then when she came out oh my God oh my God killing murdering everything just from being genuine and not changing the my story song oh my God when she was freestyling though it was like how can somebody this beautiful really be so raw and real then come to find out she really is who she said she is and then she showed her entire ass on everybody ain't your friend call Jimmy John's cuz my shooters going to deliver make him catch you after hours outside of where you live they had to shorten her verse up if they let her have that whole song and that whole beat she would have killed it
