It still takes a little bit of time and I only do it when I don't have to go out afterwards so that I can let my hair dry without having to use a hairdryer. Good luck with your journey!;)

Organic Pompein Olive Oil is the only brand EVOO i cook with and use on my hair. The others have a bent (slightly sour) taste. It costs a bit more, but tastes soooo much better. Plus, it lowers blood pressure. I don't eat rice/pasta without adding a bit. If u don't insulin spikes - weight gain.
