This is a first impressions on 2 frags from the house of Ard Al Zaafaran. I am the King is like a woody leathery sauvage and the Mithqal is like this strawberry, soapy, metallic which is very nice. As the king dries down it becomes a very beautiful and rich fragrance.

Mithqal is an Islamic unit of weight. 4.25 grams. It's used to measure precious metals, hence the gold coin on the bottle/box.

This may sound a little odd, but it smells very Honey - ish to me, lol.
My nose is not refined enough to smell Notes by themselves - I tend to smell all the Notes simultaneously.
Mithqal is delicious, highly recommend.
Edit to add: I also received the Oud 24 Hours and that stuff is intoxicating....I'll be just chilling at Home and I'll put that on my wrist just to smell it.

The word Mithqaal, prnounced "myth-kaal" means something that you use to refer weights, most likely Gold.
for example: "this perfume is worth its weight in gold." or somethign similiar to those lines.
The symbol in the middle is the word in arabic writing

And this carries alot of weight

I bought a couple weeks ago and i feel its to week maybe i got a fake
I only got 1hour and then i can't sense it
I doubt any fakes are there for such low cost aromas. Its nice n light.
Finally received Mithqal, definitely digging the champagne and floral vibe, very good description of it. I am still on the Luxodor prince for its projection and fruity vibes, these two are beast in their own rights.
Mithqal will grow on you more and more throughout the day bro

Got the 24 oud. Uffff..it is a dupe of black orchid which I'm soooooo tired of bc I had it over and over again when it first came out and no one knew TF..he worked for estee Lauder and I used to buy his scents under that house when they were good. So I stay far away from anything that smells ike black orchid. My nose has matured. BUT I CAN APPRECIATE THE WELL MADE DUPE..But for folks that are curious or are looking for an affordable option..I attest. Its GOOD!! Buy it!
Yea. After a while i start disliking certain frags as well. But these dupes make it easier once you realize you spent half of what you would've

@@tlinscents I'm sitting here now in a cloud of Mithqal. I do love it. The closest thing I have to it is Swiss Arabian Nouf, but Nouf is very piercing, citric, peppery, and metallic overload. I've actually had people reel back from me, and say "that cologne... It burns!" I like Nouf, It's very different, but it's a challenge to pull off. Mithqal is much smoother, and better blended.

I haven't smelled that one from alhambra yet. But I'd pass on both just cause I'm getting bored with the sauvage dna. Try getting the elixr version instead

How is the performance and projection of i am the king ard al zaafaran ? ( how many hour of projection and longevity )
You get about a good 2 hours of really good projection. About 8 plus hours of longevity especially on clothes. But Mithqal is the one you want between these 2
