I have my first dental exam (in 6 years) tmr and I forgot what they do. I’m so nervous my anxiety is horrible at the dentists. To says my anxiety they’re only doing an exam and X-rays tmr and I’ll be doing my cleaning on Monday!
I dont like when or if the dentist pokes the probe into teeth especially molars. Do they still do this? It his necessary, can you tell them not to do it?

YES, I'm sure some do! 😅 I don't have any personally but tooth decay is very common and VERY preventable! Just keep brushing and visit your dentist to stay on top of it 😊
