Blackswan original line up was fatou, Judy, youngheun,hyeme and leia. Right after debut (2020) hyeme left because her contract was up. Right after their second song leia accused fatou of bullying which was proven false and the group had to go on hiatus then leia was kicked out and Judy & youngheun left because of the situation which then leaded to the new and last line up fatou, nvee, gabi and sriya
The reason why blackswan has so many former members is because Blackswan has a introduction and graduation system put in place by the company. This means that the members can leave anytime from the group and (graduate) while other new members can join in (introduction). Blackswan in the beginning had 2 korean members and 2 foreigners ( fatou and leaia). After the 2 korean members had graduated already (left the group on their will after discussion with company) and 2 new members joined in sriya and gabi. Then sometime later leaia left the group due to health reasons as stated by company. So she was replaced by nvee. So in conclusion, if any members leave they can be replaced by new members but still have the group named Blackswan. Its different from other major kpop groups where a member can leave but can't be replaced. Hope that explains it. Good day! 😊

All of them learn Korean while they are trainees in a company before they debut. Companies go through a process on who debuts, I know companies go through a lot even in small companies

leia was not kicked out tho her and the company came to a mutual agreement for her to go on hiatus for her mental health but she did not wanna return
