EPLAN Electric P8 - How to automatically generate wiring diagrams

In EPLAN, when creating the schematics, all the wiring is managed by EPLAN in the background. Therefore, to generate a wiring diagram, a simple report can be generate automatically from the schematic.

select pages in project, click project data, connections, numbering, place.
after that you go with enter designation, but the problem is that you have to configure the filter correctly. how did you make the filter "signal/state", I dont have that. All other filters dont do the thing I want.

Hi Marija, when numbering connections there is a two step process. First you place the connection points. This can be done manually or Automatically, then you number the connections. This is done automatically. Lookup numbering connections in the eplan.help

You can go to Project Data-> Connections -> Numbering -> Place (after Selecting the objects of course) :D

Gayatri Sadanande you can rotate symbols by hitting the tab key before placing the symbol on the page. If the symbol is already placed then open the properties dialogue and change the variant on the symbol tab. Hope this helps
