Everybody hates the seadoo 3D, but i had one and with the kart seat, and that was really a go kart on the water with the comfort of a car because the seat is super thick and comfortable as a sofa, and together with the heavy weight the ski smashes and irons down every 2 foot wave as if they not excist, so in the "kart mode" it's just fun as hell. I had one that i bought new in the crate for 4500 and had it for 10 years and it never ever broke down, so it sure was the best ski i ever had. And brandnew for 4500, and sold it for 3500, so the ski did cost me only 100 euro's a year.

As far as the owner of the side by side looking deal combined with two WaveRunners, that thing is really badass and one of a kind! HOWEVER, kind of shitty to take somebody out on the water in which you feel it's necessary to wear a helmet but you don't provide one for your passengers. If you did, and they refused it, they don't go for a ride. You hit one wave, head on aggressively and your passenger could easily bounce his head right off one of those bars. Happened to my buddy's brother in a caged Fox body on the street making a small test hit. He died on the scene. No different than me taking a chick on the back of my CBR with me in a helmet and her in nothing. Just something to think about. 🤷
